《刘中简介》 刘中,1969年生于中国北京。法国教育部造型艺术硕士,法国教育部法语学士。现任中国美术家协会理事,中国画学会副秘书长、常务理事,中央国家机关青联资深委员,原北京市青联常委,北京市红十字血液中心”熊猫血宣传大使”,北京市民族联谊会理事,中国邮政成都”熊猫邮局”名誉局长,雅安熊猫宣传大使,母亲水窖宣传大使,中国邮政”天下第一关-山海关”邮局名誉局长。少儿时期曾被誉为”画坛神童”,作品多次在国内外比赛中获奖,其中水彩画《我爱长城》入选中国第一套儿童画邮票,并出版发行;中国画《我发明了和动物讲话的机器》入选首届全国科普美展(唯一儿童画)。曾在第29届北京奥运会、第53届威尼斯双年展、第41届上海世博会、第26届深圳大运会、第30届伦敦奥运会、”筑福香港”等大型文体公益活动中应主办方邀请,举办个人画展。至今作品曾被选送法国、美国、俄罗斯、埃及、加拿大、西班牙、意大利、挪威、新加坡、日本、摩纳哥、瑞士、芬兰、拉脱维亚、蒙古国等国家展出,并在国内外展览中多次获奖。

 

Profile Liu Zhong, born in 1969 in Beijing, holds the certificates of master of plastic arts and bachelor of French of the Ministry of National Education of France. He acts as director of the Public Relations Department of China Artists Association, council member of China Artists Association, deputy secretary-general and executive director of Chinese Painting Institute, senior member of the Youth Federation of China’s State Organs, former member of the Standing Committee of the Youth Federation of Beijing, “Ambassador of Extremely Rare Blood (Rh-negative trait)” of Beijing Red Cross Blood Center, director of Beijing Association for Ethnic Groups, honorary director of Chengdu “Panda Post Office” (China Post), Panda Publicity Ambassador of Ya’an, Publicity Ambassador of Water Cellar for Mothers and honorary director of “Shanhai Pass (First Pass under Heaven) Post Office”. In childhood, he was honored as “a wonder child of art circles”. His works were awarded in domestic and overseas contests for many times, of which the watercolor painting I Love the Great Wall was shortlisted to the first set stamps of children’s drawing in China being published and distributed. His traditional Chinese painting I Invented A Machine to Talk with Animals was selected by the first National Science Popularization Art Exhibition (as the only children drawing). He has been invited to hold solo exhibitions by sponsors of numerous large-scale recreational public welfare activities such as the 29th Beijing Olympic Games, the 53rd Venice Biennale, the 41st Shanghai World Expo, the 26th Shenzhen University Games, the 30th London Olympic Games, Building Welfare of Hong Kong and so on. Up to now, his works have been exhibited in France, the United States, Russia, Egypt, Canada, Spain, Italy, Norway, Singapore, Japan, Monaco, Switzerland, Finland, Latvia, Mongolia and other countries, as well as won many awards in exhibitions at home and abroad.

经年长卷 荟萃冰雪国宝永恒 ——刘中《冰雪国宝万里图》长卷刍议

近日,有”中国画熊猫第一人”之誉的画家刘中,在距2022年北京冬奥会开幕500天之际,呈奉历时两年绘就的巨作《冰雪国宝万里图》长卷。甫一亮相,便艺惊四座。逾200米的幅长,将”熊猫健儿”所展现的北京冬奥会全部体育项目尽收其中,堪称人类冰雪运动的视觉史册,也再次将中国传统绘画铺陈在公众视野之中,对长卷艺术表现当代题材无疑是一次饱含当代意味的传承创新。

早在原始洞窟壁画中,我们的祖先就尽力描绘早期人类有关生存、生产的全部内容。创作者沿着石崖走向连续地画下去,长达几十、上百米,无意识地创造了原始绘画中的”长卷”。及至中国画诞生以来,长卷始终是水墨艺术的一种重要形式载体,代表着人类审美方式的思维型态,与今天电影胶片有着相似的性理。在中国画的早期发展中,魏晋时期人物画和长卷形式的结合,凸显了长卷对故事题材的表达特征。随着历史延续,横列式的故事情节安排,决定着诸多绘画要素的不断完善,成为传统艺术表达和欣赏的特有模式;题材方面则历经由人物到山水、花鸟等不同类型相互融合的过程,使长卷绘画这种独特的形制得到了长足发展。

从历代流传下来的画作中可以看到,长卷的长宽比相较其它形式的画幅都要大。北宋张择端所绘《清明上河图》纵25.5厘米,横525厘米,此为典型的长卷绘画。因此,长卷绘画的界定是非常明确的,就是指《女史箴图》《洛神赋图》《韩熙载夜宴图》这类长宽比悬殊的作品。

绘画作品之所以要绘制成长卷,其主要目的之一,是要收纳较为繁复的内容,而繁复的内容必然导致其语意的复杂多义性,体现绘画的文本功能。由于长卷是由许多情节连贯又相对独立的画面组成的图片链,每一帧画面相当于单幅取景,进而还原了一个连续的事件。众多的物象被置于画面上,景随情移,情随景动,令作品气韵畅通、真实可信。设想一下,随着长卷缓慢铺展,一种充满仪式感的欣赏体验在观者之间传递开来,赋予长卷崇高的审美意趣,传递出撼人心魄的艺术感染力。

 

刘中的长卷绘画《冰雪国宝万里图》即是如此:形态各异的”熊猫健儿”将北京冬奥会15个运动大项及109个小项全部予以精彩演绎,使观众首次领略到憨态可掬国宝熊猫原来身手也可以如此矫健!五千余只熊猫”观众”象征着五千年的中华文明史,也代表着走入新时代、源自文明古国的华夏56个民族兄弟姐妹,欢迎来自五大洲宾客欢聚北京的喜悦之情;远景处24座万里长城的重要关口及故宫建筑,向全世界展现了中华民族的辉煌文明成就,也暗指第24届冬奥会的届别;”大熊猫、万里长城、故宫”三大国家lP形象互为辉映,相得益彰,夺人眼目;飘飞的瑞雪则昭告着全球华人对成功举办2022年北京冬奥会的美好祝福!整作体量巨大,气势磅礴,视野开张,而熊猫健儿和熊猫观众却又清新可人,灵动活泼,于不经意间再次突破了传统中国长卷绘画的表现视域,将奥林匹克精神、和平友谊理想、世界文化交流荟萃在中国画水墨氤氲之中,彰显出一位中国美术家立足当代、贯通古今、放眼全球的开阔创作视野,及对构建”人类命运共同体”的憧憬、坚守与担当。
